Refund policy
RETURNS
Purchases made at TONYWACK are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving the package sent from us. Customers who would like to return the purchase must contact store@tonywack.com within these 14 days to begin processing the return.
When writing an e-mail, please state your order reference number in the subject line, and please specify the reason for the return, whether it is a product exchange or refund request.
The customer will then be guided through the return process by receiving instructions.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to review your case and reply.
To be eligible for a return, your return package must be sent back in the original packaging including; the original tags (included for each item) attached, and any included wrapping material used to protect the product.
The purchased item must be kept in pristine condition, with absolutely no damage or signs of wear.
If the package does not meet these requirements, your return will not be accepted and sent back to the customer at their expense.
All return processes must be issued and handled by the customer who made the initial purchase.
All return shipping costs and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any costs incurred during this process will be deducted from the final refund amount. All additional fees cannot be reimbursed.
We are not responsible for any return shipping items if they are damaged, lost, or stolen.
REFUNDS
The refund process will take 10 business days from the arrival of the returned item at our designated return address. Once we receive the package, we will thoroughly inspect the condition of the item and notify the customer with an approval or rejection (via email).
The refund amount will be credited back to the customer's original payment method of choice. Processing time of refund may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment service used when purchasing at TONYWACK
Please contact your designated bank or payment service if the expected reimbursement amount has not yet been refunded back to your account (after 14 days since notification of approval or rejection).
EXCHANGES
We do not accept any return or exchange of Merchandise.
However if at the time of delivery the Merchandise is damaged or defective, or the purchaser receives a wrong product, TONYWACK will accept a return or exchange of the Merchandise in accordance with this provision.
The purchaser shall contact TONYWACK within 7 days of the receipt of Merchandise by sending an e-mail with his/her entry confirmation number to store@tonywack.com
Following receipt of such e-mail Cubism will begin return or exchange procedures.
In the event a merchandise exchange is possible, TONYWACK will be responsible for the return shipping costs and re-shipping costs of the appropriate merchandise.
However, if merchandise exchange is not possible, a full refund of payment will be made.
Please be aware that if the purchaser does not contact Cubism by e-mail within 7 days of the receipt of Merchandise regardless of whether the package is sealed and unopened, a return or exchange will not be accepted. For more detailed information please refer to the Terms of Use.
